Sign ups for a spot at the new International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin continue until June 30. The private university is scheduled to open in October and is, according to the school, the one and only German university for psychoanalysis. The program centers on the teachings of Freud, which, according to the school's founders, is not broad enough in public institutions. The university is offering 120 spots starting in the winter semester for three full and part-time master\'s programs. The program is designed for students who already have a bachelor's degree but also for people coming directly from a professional background. The program lasts from two to four years and costs 9,600 to 16,000 Euros ($13,500 – 22,500).
