Sagittarius

November 23rd - December 21st

Out of all the Fire Signs, Sagittarius is the most confident and optimistic. They can all motivate the masses with their enthusiasm for any project. Like their neighbours Scorpio, they too have an abundant energy flow, but Scorpio wins in the stakes for energy. All Sagittarian females have the most endearing smile and they often tend to smile to total strangers. They are not flirting but it is easy to get the wrong idea. The stranger might think that he knows this smiling girl who walks past him in the street.

From an early age Sagittarians have an ultimate goal; they have the dream which they try to stick to, which most of us would give up on after one or two years. Not Sagittarians. Their original goal might be a career or a possession or a place, which to most seems unobtainable, but not to your Sagittarian. This can make young Sagittarians appear very arrogant or cocky when starting a new job. They may only have been in their new job for maybe two or three days but yet they will be saying to the boss "I can do that", which will often annoy longer established colleagues. In youth their confidence can rub their workmates up the wrong way, but as they get older their confidence can be their main asset. All Sagittarians are outspoken; they're actually very insightful but unfortunately their brain works so fast they can speak before they have time think if they are going to offend someone.

I've just pointed out the main key to Sagittarian success but at the same time their main weakness, and that is their brain. Out of the whole zodiac they are probably the fastest thinkers, so much so that their brain can actually overheat; many Sagittarians have problems with their heads. This can be headaches, migraines or even epilepsy. Their brains are constantly working, and again like Scorpios, they find it very difficult to relax. With a cavalier, swash-buckling attitude to life, they attract the opposite sex without even realising it. Sagittarian women in their youth tend to be tomboys and dress for comfort and practicality. They can be likened to a wild horse and the opposite sex is attracted to them intrigued by their air of freedom and strength of character and belief. But if you try and tame our Sagittarian, you're in for big problems. They will bolt in no uncertain terms. If you're interested in a Sagittarian, you need to give them a free rein; let them have their excursions. They will keep coming back, as long as they don't feel closeted. On the whole, Sagittarians are very loyal if they feel they are loved. A Sagittarian might go away but they will return. Let them know how much you will miss them but let them go if they need to go.

Sagittarian men can have one big problem; if you meet them and start to date, they are very open about talking about past relationships. Many Sagittarians have a lost love (the one that got away), which they can dwell on and which prevents them from really getting close to anybody else. If you find yourself dating a Sagittarian male who talks a lot about a past relationship, take this as a warning sign. Unless you are a very strong woman, you will not be able to hang onto him. Things to do on a first date with your Sagittarian; anything energetic, but preferably competitive; anything intellectually stimulating and thought provoking or if you can afford it any foreign countries they haven't visited.

But be on your guard as all Sagittarians have very strong religious views and will air them (often anti-religion). As long as your Sagittarian feels in control of the relationship (although they like to tell you they want it on an equal footing), you should get on swimmingly. My personal view of Sagittarians' health is that they will usually have strong constitutions and be athletic and enjoy exercise. However, they must watch out for potential problems with their heads as they have such active brains. Migraines can be common, possibly worse.
